Inspection ahead of Academy cup clash

Our Academy’s FA Youth Cup second qualifying round tie at New Mills, scheduled for this evening, will be subject to a 3.30pm pitch inspection.

Heavy rain has cast doubt over whether the Church Lane playing surface will be fit to play and a decision will be made by officials at that point.

The team edged to a first qualifying round tie 1-0 win at home to Hinckley United thanks to Ryan Osborne's strike.
